General Terms and Conditions 

§ 1 Scope & Provider These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Sergej Krücker.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the [Buy Now / Pay Now] button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation or deliver the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping (1) Prices are final prices. According to § 19 UStG, VAT is not charged. (2) Shipping is handled via DHL. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

§ 4 Payment Terms The payment methods offered in the shop are available to the customer (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna).

§ 5 Retention of Title & Liability (1) The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. (2) As the importer of goods into the EU, the provider assumes liability in accordance with the German Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG).

§ 6 Textile Labeling All textile products are labeled according to EU regulations. Fiber composition is provided in the product description.

§ 7 Packaging Act (LUCID) The provider is registered with the LUCID packaging register (Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister) and participates in a dual system for the recycling of sales packaging.
